Vials, pens or sprays?

Pre-mixed pens, powder vials, sprays and capsules compared by preparation, convenience and cost.

For the simplest preparation, our pre-mixed pens are the easier format to understand. They already contain a liquid formulation, so there is no powder-reconstitution step for the customer. A powder vial involves more preparation and handling. Nasal sprays and capsules also avoid powder mixing, but they are different formulations and routes, not interchangeable versions of a pen. Start by choosing the practical format you need, then compare the exact ingredient and amount.

What changes when you choose a different format?

FormatPreparation and handlingPractical advantageMain trade-off
Our pre-mixed penLiquid is already in the pen presentation; no powder mixingFewer preparation steps and one identifiable deviceHigher presentation price; device-specific instructions still matter
Powder vialRequires product-specific reconstitution before it becomes a liquid formulationOften lower purchase price for the same labelled amountMore handling, preparation requirements and separate equipment
Liquid vialAlready contains liquid; distinct from a powder vialNo powder-reconstitution stepA separate container rather than an integrated pen
Nasal sprayFormulated liquid in a pump bottleCompact format with no powder mixingTotal bottle amount and amount per spray are different figures
CapsulesPre-portioned solid units in a bottleNo liquid-volume arithmetic; easy pack countingPer-capsule amount, composition and oral formulation must be read separately

Pen versus powder vial: the meaningful difference is the work involved

Someone new to handling these formats usually finds a pre-mixed pen simpler because the mixing stage has already been completed. That removes one preparation task and makes the product easier to recognise as a single presentation. It does not mean a beginner should guess a setting: a pen’s dial and instructions belong to its exact device and formulation. “Pre-mixed” describes the supplied state; it does not replace individual medical guidance.

A powder vial is the more involved option. Reconstitution means turning the supplied powder into a liquid formulation using the product-specific diluent and process. This guide does not provide a mixing protocol. The important buying difference is that a powder vial is not the same ready-liquid presentation as our pen, even when both labels show the same number of milligrams. Also, vial describes the container, not its contents: do not assume every vial in a catalogue contains powder.

What does the extra pen price buy?

Compare like-for-like amounts. In the catalogue checked on 28 October 2026, GHK-Cu 50 mg vial has a regular price of ฿1,440, while GHK-Cu 50 mg pen is ฿2,400. Both list 50 mg; the regular-price difference is ฿960. The BPC-157 10 mg vial and 10 mg pen are ฿1,800 and ฿2,760 respectively, also a ฿960 difference.

The clear conclusion is that a pen premium buys a different supplied presentation and simpler preparation, not extra milligrams. If preparation simplicity is your priority, that difference may be worthwhile. If the lowest item price is your priority, a vial can cost less, but compare its physical form and any separate equipment requirements as well. Current discounted prices appear on the product pages; shipping is a separate part of the delivered total.

Why a spray label needs two numbers

NA-Semax 10 mg nasal spray identifies the total labelled material in the bottle. It does not mean 10 mg per spray. A per-spray amount depends on the finished concentration and the pump output. The useful label details are therefore total material, total liquid volume and the manufacturer’s specified amount or volume per actuation. A spray format is convenient to carry, but its formulation cannot be judged from the vial or pen with the same ingredient name.

Capsules: read the amount and count separately

BPC-157 1,000 mcg · 30 capsules means a labelled amount of 1 mg per capsule and 30 capsules in the bottle. The bottle therefore declares 30 mg in total. This is useful for comparing pack prices, but it does not make the bottle equivalent in effect to three 10 mg vials. The format, formulation and route are different. Similarly, “30 capsules” is a pack count, not automatically a 30-day supply.

Choose by the practical difference that matters to you

  • Fewest preparation steps: our pre-mixed pen removes powder mixing.
  • Lowest matching item price: compare vial prices, physical form and separate supplies.
  • A pump-bottle presentation: compare the exact nasal formulation and per-spray specification.
  • No liquid measurement: capsules provide pre-portioned units, with their own formulation considerations.

Quick questions

Is the pen stronger because it costs more?

No. A matching 50 mg pen and 50 mg vial declare the same total amount. Price does not change that label fact.

Do pre-mixed products need no care?

They still have product-specific storage, handling and expiry requirements. Pre-mixed means no customer powder-reconstitution step, not no instructions.

Where can I compare the numbers visually?
