1. Choose a variant, not just a name

3. Check the basket with a concrete example
Two GHK-Cu 50 mg vials at ฿1,220 each give a product subtotal of ฿2,440. Their regular-price subtotal is 2 × ฿1,440 = ฿2,880, so the item saving is ฿440. If you accidentally select a pen instead, the price and format will change even though the ingredient and 50 mg amount look familiar. Review all four fields before sending: name, format, amount and quantity.
Use the enquiry basket to remove an unwanted item or adjust its count. Its subtotal is a product subtotal, not a paid invoice. A prepared message should retain the item list and currency so the receiving team can respond to one clear version of your order.
4. Send through the channel you prefer
